HDM Hydraulics, LLC is a three shift manufacturing facility that has experienced year over year growth and is always looking for qualified individuals seeking long-term career opportunities:

The following is a list of positions that we routinely recruit for:

CNC Machinists:

Responsible for the setup, minor programming, and operation of CNC lathes or vertical mills. Must be able to read blueprints, micrometers, calipers, and own other tools related to the setup of a computer numerically controlled lathe or mill. Ability to do tool changes, offsets, and machine setup a must. Knowledge of G & M code editing and programming required. OKUMA (IGF) experience desired, but not required. 2+ years experience in the setup of CNC equipment required.

CNC Machine Operator:

Responsible for the operation of CNC lathes or vertical mills. Must be able to read blueprints, micrometers, calipers, and own other tools related to running quality parts on a computer numerically controlled lathe or mill. At least one year experience in operating a CNC lathe or mill required.

Welder:

Responsible for fit up and welding in a production environment. Must be able to accurately setup welding fixtures and MIG weld parts according to blueprint. 3+ years welding in a production environment required.

Assembler:

Responsible for the accurate assembly of hydraulic cylinders as per customer specifications. Assemblers compile all of the component parts of a hydraulic cylinder and test it using various processes to ensure that it operates correctly. Applicants must be detail and quality oriented. This is an entry-level position with on the job training to teach you the fundamentals of hydraulic cylinder assembly and test.
